TOPIC | Innovativeness: Flourishing or Withering? How to keep the heart of innovation beating strong |
DESCRIPTION |
Join Kristiina Hiukka to find out how the 6C model can help you never lose sight of what is at the heart of thriving innovation. Innovation is not only interesting but it is crucial for your business’s growth. So, you work hard to create processes and programs and adopt technologies to make your team productive, to keep everyone engaged and innovative. However, it is easier said than done. While the human element of the innovation process is the most critical, complex, and dynamic part, it is often overlooked when teams are laser-focused on working on their products and solutions. In this session, you will become familiar with the 6C model and be able to assess your ability to stay innovative and lead your company to grow and scale. Kristiina is an executive/leadership coach, culture change agent, and leadership development professional with a consistently powerful impact on organizational, team, and individual performance. She has worked with companies and organizations across sectors and around the world, and with C-level executives, senior leadership teams, high-potential leaders, and new managers—offering one-on-one and team coaching, training design and delivery, meeting and process facilitation, and group presentations. Each lecture is archived on CoMotion’s Startup Training Videos page. These lectures are open to the public and you do not have to be currently affiliated with the UW or a startup to join.
